Ingredients:
1 green onion, chopped2 carrots, shredded2 stalks celery, finely chopped1 cup Mung Bean Sprouts2 cups Chinese cabbage, finely chopped1 tablespoons toasted Sesame Seeds2 cups cooked Soybeans1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar2 tablespoons Tamari1/4 cup apple juice

Instructions: |
In a medium salad bowl, combine the scallions, carrots, celery, sprouts, cabbage, Sesame Seeds and Soybeans.
For the dressing, combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. Pour over vegetable-bean mixture and toss to coat. Chill and stir before serving. |
